STEP BY STEP
Insalata Cannabis Store Transformation Process
- Millwork Design & Coordination: Our design team prepared comprehensive millwork drawings and technical shop plans in close collaboration with the project’s retail contractor. Every fixture, joint, and dimension was planned to integrate seamlessly within the store layout, ensuring both visual consistency and practical workflow for daily operations.
- Custom Fabrication: The counter, sliding-door storage, and display cabinetry were fabricated in our production facility using high-grade materials, precision equipment, and durable finishes. Each piece was built to meet strict retail standards for strength, accessibility, and long-term performance in a high-traffic environment.
- Site Preparation & Installation: Our installation crew worked alongside the general contractor to prepare the site, verify wall and floor alignments, and install structural backing for heavy millwork sections. This coordination ensured an efficient installation process, accurate fitment, and flawless connection between fixtures and architectural surfaces.
- Finishing & Final Review: After installation, every surface, edge, and joinery detail was reviewed and refined by our designers and contractors. Final adjustments were made to lighting integration, sliding mechanisms, and hardware alignment to deliver a clean, polished finish consistent with the approved cannabis retail store design.
